How to open and use the RFP files:

Click below to download the zip file. After downloading click on the folder to open it and follow the instructions below. The census is encrypted and password protected and requires a key to open it. Click here to request a key

Choose Extract all from the Folder Task Bar on the Left

You should see a box that looks like this (If you are using Windows) Choose Next..

Browse to a location you would like to save the files to: Then Choose Next..

The hard part is done! Click finish to see the extracted files
